Dr. Alok Kushwaha, M.D.

Dr. Kushwaha is the Medical Director and a leading expert in acute adult medicine, rehabilitation and wellness medicine. With two decades of experience in acute hospital medicine, Dr. Kushwaha has distinguished himself as one of North Texas’s most successful hospitalists. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and currently holds hospitalist credentials at multiple Texas Health Resources and Baylor hospitals in the region.

Following residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, Dr. Kushwaha relocated to Fayetteville, NC where he served as lead hospitalist and medical director for the primary hospital system covering a five county area. Dr. Kushwaha became affiliated with the Duke University Medical School Family Medicine residency training program (SRAHEC) as the faculty attending physician for inpatient rotations. He was awarded “Preceptor of the Year” voted by the residents in 2001 and 2002 for both academic years involved with the residency program and was invited to be the commencement speaker for the 2002 graduating class.

Dr. Kushwaha was recruited back to the DFW area by Baylor Grapevine in 2003 to start a new hospitalist group here. Since returning to the DFW area, he has continued to be active in promoting patient safety and clinical quality initiatives. He has served as a physician quality champion to the Baylor Healthcare System for all hospitalist quality initiatives and measures from 2005 to 2014. He has also served on the Baylor Grapevine Medical Executive Committee, Physician Leadership Council, and as co-chairman for the Healthcare Quality Committee from 2006 to 2010. In 2008, he helped create, develop, and chair the Mortality Review Committee during which time risk adjusted mortality rates at Baylor Grapevine had fallen 26% from 2009 to 2011.

Dr. Kushwaha’s newer endeavors focus on preventive and wellness medicine to complement his many years of experience in acute hospital medicine. Dr. Rick Enlow, D.C., F.N.P.

Dr. Rick Enlow has been the Clinic Director for 25 years. He graduated from Samford University as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Parker College of Chiropractic with multiple honors as an outstanding clinician. Many family physicians refer to him because his expertise in orthopedic or sports injuries affords patients a non-surgical solution to many painful conditions. Dr. Enlow was the first provider in Texas to be certified by LiteCure Laser which is used to reduce pain and restore joint function. Another technology he brought to the clinic was the Spinal Decompression Traction System used to reduce disc bulges found on MRI. Dr. Enlow also built a MRI and CT imaging center next to the clinic to give patient quick emergency access to advanced imaging.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Rick became known not only for gentle joint pain injections but other anti-aging improvements using injectable products such as Radiesse and Dysport. He provides medications for full family care from pediatrics to adult including diabeties, hypertension, mental health and pain management. His patients refer friends and family for him to become their Primary Care Provider not only because of his expertise but because he truly listens and cares for his patients.

Dr. Bill Enlow, D.C.

Dr. Bill Enlow graduated Magna Cum Laude from Parker College of Chiropractic in 1986. While a student at Parker, he was awarded the Karl W. Parker Scholastic Excellence Award for being the outstanding member of his class. “Dr. Bill” has extensive post graduate studies in orthopedics and is board eligible with the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists. He has been married to his wife Tracy since 1983, and they have two adult children. His hobbies are motor sports, snow skiing, and gardening.


Dr. Larry Kelley, D.C.

Dr. Larry Kelley received his Associate of Arts degree from Wharton County Junior College. He worked at the P & S Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas before continuing his education at Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas – Graduating in May of 1979. He practiced as a Doctor of Chiropractic for 25 years before choosing to devote his full time as Clinic Administrator. He has been the Clinic Administrator for All Care for the past 10 years.
